Shipping

At this time, Impulse Game Studios ships physical merchandise only within the United States.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Most orders are expected to ship within 3–5 business days, although processing times may vary during holidays, conventions, or product launches.

Returns

Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items should be in their original condition whenever possible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the package and product so we can make it right.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Impulse Game Studios does not store your complete payment card information.
